Refund Policy

At Unlockt, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. We understand that some situations may require a refund, and we offer a clear and fair policy that addresses specific circumstances.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will not be granted due to a perceived lack of progress in your child. Each child's progress is unique, and success depends on active engagement in the program. Lack of compliance or participation by parents or guardians will also disqualify refund eligibility.

  • Refunds may be issued for specific reasons, including:​

    • Moving out of state

    • Death or severe illness in the family

    • Other serious, documented life events

  • Assessments: Refunds can be requested before the assessment is completed. Once the assessment process has started, it is considered non-refundable.

  • Programs & Memberships: Refunds are available for the unused portion of programs or memberships. If you’ve only partially used a program or membership, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service not used.

Admin Fee: Refunds for programs or memberships will incur an administrative fee ranging from $200 to $500, depending on the unused portion of services.

 

Refund Request Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be issued in three installments over the course of three months.

 

How to Request a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at team@unlockt.life.

  • Your request must include:

    • Your name and contact information

    • The purchase date

    • A detailed description of the service purchased

    • The reason for requesting a refund, including any supporting documentation for special circumstances

 

Refund Method: All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds via alternative methods, such as store credit or cash, are not available.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed. The actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Legal Disclosures:

  • Governing Law: This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Unlockt is registered.

  • Limitation of Liability: Unlockt’s liability is limited to the amount of the service purchased. Unlockt is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Modifications to the Policy: Unlockt reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
